This protocol details how Progen Service handles the shipment of high-quality seeds to ensure they arrive in optimal condition for planting.
Packaging Standards
All seeds are packaged in durable, sealed, and clearly labeled packaging designed to protect the contents from moisture, pests, and physical damage during transit. Hybrid seeds are often double-sealed for extra protection.
Geographical Coverage
We provide shipping services across most major farming regions and accessible delivery points throughout Pakistan, utilizing reliable domestic courier services experienced in handling agricultural goods.
Shipping Methods and Timing
Standard shipping is utilized for most orders. Estimated delivery time ranges from 3 to 7 business days after order confirmation, depending on the destination’s proximity to our dispatch location in Karachi.
Shipping Charges
Shipping and handling charges are calculated based on the total weight of the order and the delivery location distance. These charges will be clearly itemized and presented to the customer before payment confirmation.
Dispatch Notification
Customers will receive a dispatch confirmation via SMS or email, including the courier tracking number and a link to monitor the shipment’s progress once the seeds have left our facility.
Inspection Upon Arrival
The recipient (customer or authorized representative) must inspect the package condition upon arrival. If the package appears torn, wet, or tampered with, this must be noted on the courier’s delivery receipt before signing.
Handling of Perishable Goods
Although seeds are relatively shelf-stable, our packaging is designed to mitigate temperature fluctuations. Customers are advised to retrieve packages promptly from collection points or delivery addresses to prevent prolonged exposure to heat or cold.
Address Accuracy
The customer is solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Progen Service is not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided at the time of order.
Delayed Shipments
While we strive for timely delivery, delays caused by national holidays, severe weather events, or unforeseen logistics issues are beyond our control. Customers will be informed immediately of any significant delays.
Lost Shipments
If a shipment is confirmed lost by the courier company after 15 days from the expected delivery date, Progen Service will either dispatch a replacement order at our cost or issue a full refund, as preferred by the customer.
Proof of Delivery
Delivery is considered complete upon obtaining a signature or digital confirmation of receipt from the provided shipping address.
