Progen Service is committed to customer satisfaction and the quality of our seeds. Due to the sensitive biological nature of seeds and factors outside our control (weather, soil), refunds are governed by specific conditions.
General Policy
Refunds or replacements are primarily offered for seeds that arrive damaged, fail to meet the advertised purity standards, or exhibit low germination rates under laboratory-certified testing.
Immediate Inspection Required
Customers must inspect all seed packages immediately upon delivery and report any signs of damage, tampering, or incorrect product delivery within 48 hours of receipt.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
We cannot offer refunds or compensation for crop failure resulting from factors outside our control, including: adverse weather conditions, incorrect planting depth, inappropriate soil conditions, lack of water, pest/disease infestation, or improper application of fertilizers/pesticides.
Germination Rate Claims
Any claim regarding low germination rates must be supported by an independent, certified laboratory report demonstrating that the tested sample of our seed failed to meet the minimum germination standards advertised on the packaging.
Hybrid Seed Specifics
The performance characteristics (yield, disease resistance) of hybrid seeds are dependent on specific optimal growing conditions. Claims based purely on lower-than-expected yield are generally not eligible for refund without evidence of seed defect.
Returns of Unopened Product
Unopened, undamaged seed packages in their original, sealed packaging may be eligible for a refund, minus a 15% restocking fee, if returned within 14 days of the purchase date. The customer bears the return shipping cost.
Procedure for Refund Request
All refund and replacement requests must be initiated by contacting Shahidislam60@gmail.com, providing the original invoice, the batch number of the seed, and clear photographic evidence or the certified lab report.
Approval Timeline
Once a refund request is approved (e.g., following inspection of returned goods or verification of a lab report), the refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 15 business days.
No Refund on Planted Seeds
Once the seed packaging is opened and the product is sown, the seed is considered used, and the order is no longer eligible for a refund or replacement under any circumstances.
Shipping Cost Deduction
If a refund is approved for a non-defective product, the original shipping costs paid by the customer will be deducted from the final refunded amount.
Final Decision
Progen Service reserves the right to make the final determination on all claims for refunds or replacements based on internal quality assurance records and external documentation provided by the customer.
